Appointments that are cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will not be charged a fee.

If you cancel after the 48 hours, you will be charged 50% rescheduling fee.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the base service cost.

If you no-show, you will be charged 100% of the base service cost.

No shows will be blocked from future booking. Appointments later than 20 minutes are considered a no-show.

What we need from you..

• Images of your current hair in natural lighting – front, back, sides, and top

• 2-3 year color history

• Inspiration photos (2-3)

When you arrive to the salon you can either park in the front of the salon which is back in parking only. There are also two individual spots reserved for Collab on the side of the building and if both are full you are welcome to park in the back lot.
